Listing Service

  • Click Here to list your Hill Country Properties in our databases. Your first time to use the service you will have to register for an account. This is a painless process to ensure that you and only you can use your username and password to access your entries to the databases.
  • You are encouraged to email an image of the property to moreinfo@hcproperties.com. If you already have the image on a different server, simply email the image URL and you pay no extra.
  • You may also snail mail the photo and identifying information to P.O. Box 1008, Fredericksburg, TX 78624. Enclose SASE if photos are to be returned.
  • Please keep your listings accurate and up to date. This site is not responsible for the accuracy of your listings.

    Listing Fees starting October 1997

  • UNLIMITED Listing: $25/month. Cancel by email at any time.
  • INDIVIDUAL Listing: $5/month per Listing.
  • PROPERTY GRAPHICS: $2/month per 25 KB of graphics.
  • HOME PAGE HOSTING: $5/month
  • SCANNING FEE: $10 per photo scanned.
  • Billing is conducted quarterly.
